Camp Chef Gridiron 36 600D Polyester Alternatives: 6 Similar Picks Compared

Alternatives Compared For Fit

i COVER 36-Inch Waterproof Griddle Cover

The i COVER 36-Inch option uses the same 600D polyester density as the original but adds a waterproof PVC lining for superior rain protection. It measures 64 inches long, making it suitable for standard 36-inch four-burner griddles rather than just the Gridiron 36. This cover includes support poles to prevent water pooling on the surface. It weighs 3.45 pounds and features wind-resistant straps. You should choose this if you need a universal fit for larger flat tops or extra waterproofing, rather than a precise fit for the specific Camp Chef Gridiron 36 model.

QuliMetal 24-Inch Pellet Grill Cover

This QuliMetal cover is designed specifically for Camp Chef 24-inch pellet grills, not the Gridiron 36 griddle. It measures 120 inches long with a 12-inch width and height. The cover offers reliable weather protection for pellet grill owners who need a secure fit for their specific appliance size. It lacks the 600D fabric density specification found in the original Gridiron cover. You should pick this alternative only if you own a 24-inch Camp Chef pellet grill. It is not compatible with the Gridiron 36 flat top griddle due to the significant difference in appliance type and dimensions.

M Comnova 600D Camp Chef FTG600 Griddle Cover

The M Comnova cover is tailored for the Camp Chef FTG600 series, including FTG600, FTG600P, and FTG600GL models. It uses 600D fabric with waterproof properties and adjustable securing straps. It measures 63.5 inches long and weighs only 1 pound. This makes it lighter than the original Gridiron cover. It provides durable protection for FTG600 owners who need reliable waterproofing. You should select this if you own an FTG600 series griddle. It is not a direct fit for the Gridiron 36. The specific model compatibility and lighter weight make it a practical choice for FTG600 users seeking affordable, weather-resistant coverage.

BELLATOR Aluminum Hard Tabletop Griddle Cover

The BELLATOR Aluminum cover offers a hard-shell design for the Camp Chef FTG 600 tabletop griddle. It measures 29.9 inches long and weighs 5.5 pounds. This rigid cover provides sturdy, lightweight protection compared to the soft fabric of the original Gridiron cover. It is silver in color and designed specifically for tabletop units. You should choose this if you want durable, multi-purpose protection for a tabletop griddle. It is not suitable for the Gridiron 36. The aluminum construction offers different protection characteristics than polyester fabric, focusing on impact resistance rather than flexible weather sealing.

GuardKove 58-Inch 1000D Grill Cover

The GuardKove 58-Inch cover uses 1000D fabric, which is denser and more tear-resistant than the 600D polyester in the original Gridiron cover. It measures 58 inches long and 44.5 inches high. This heavy-duty design provides maximum weather protection for large outdoor grills. It lacks the precise fit for the Gridiron 36. You should pick this if you need robust protection for a larger grill and prioritize tear resistance over a snug fit. It is not compatible with the Gridiron 36. The higher fabric density offers superior durability against harsh weather conditions for larger appliances.

GuardKove 28-Inch Hooded Griddle Cover

The GuardKove 28-Inch Hooded cover is designed for 28-inch Blackstone griddles with hoods. It uses 1000D fabric for tear resistance and features a hood design. It measures 61 inches long and 33 inches high. This cover provides robust protection for specific Blackstone units. It is not compatible with the Camp Chef Gridiron 36. You should choose this if you own a 28-inch Blackstone with a hood. It prioritizes wind-secure fit and durability over universal size compatibility. The hooded design offers different protection characteristics compared to the standard soft cover of the original Gridiron 36 accessory.
