You are looking for pit boss 4b ultimate griddle cover alternatives because your specific griddle model or storage needs may differ from the original. The Pit Boss 4-Burner Ultimate Griddle Cover is a precise fit for its intended appliance, measuring 63 by 29 by 37 inches. It uses heavy-duty polyester with a PVC backing to block rain and UV rays. This tailored design ensures weather protection without gaps, but it only works with the 4-burner unit. You might need a different size, a hooded design, or a cover for a 5-burner or 36-inch griddle instead.

We selected these alternatives because their specifications overlap with the original in key areas like material durability and weather resistance. Some options offer heavier fabrics or specific fastening systems for windy conditions. Others are designed for different griddle widths or include protective hoods. This list helps you find a cover that matches your exact appliance dimensions and fuel type. Whether you own a Blackstone, Blaze, or another brand, you can compare the listed specs to ensure a secure fit. Each product provides reliable protection tailored to its specific compatible appliance.

How each alternative compares

Blackstone 36-Inch Polyester Griddle Cover

The Blackstone 36-Inch Polyester Griddle Cover targets a different appliance size, measuring 36 inches in length compared to the 63-inch length of the Pit Boss 4-Burner cover. This makes it suitable only for smaller 36-inch griddles. It weighs 6 pounds, which is heavier than the 3.88-pound Pit Boss cover, suggesting a thicker or denser fabric construction. The cover includes a hood feature, providing additional protection for the control panel area that the flat Pit Boss cover does not. You should choose this if you own a Blackstone 36-inch model and need a secure, heavy-duty fit with extra hood coverage.

Exokugo 15-Inch Built-In Burner Griddle Cover

The Exokugo 15-Inch Built-In Burner Griddle Cover is designed for a completely different form factor. It fits a 15-inch built-in Blaze Power Burner, with dimensions of 27 by 15 by 13 inches. This is significantly smaller than the 63 by 29 by 37-inch Pit Boss cover. It features a drawcord closure for a snug fit on a built-in unit, whereas the Pit Boss cover is a loose-fitting drop cover. The Exokugo cover is specialized for natural gas built-in appliances. Pick this only if you have a 15-inch built-in burner; it is not compatible with standard outdoor griddles.

Pit Boss 5-Burner Ultimate Griddle Cover

The Pit Boss 5-Burner Ultimate Griddle Cover is the closest sibling to the original, sharing the same 63-inch length. However, it is designed for the 5-burner model, with a width of 27 inches and a height of 40.3 inches. The Pit Boss 4-Burner cover is 29 inches wide and 37 inches tall. The 5-burner cover is slightly narrower but taller, reflecting the different dimensions of the larger griddle. It is made of black polyester like the original. Choose this cover if you upgraded to the 5-burner model, as the 4-burner cover will not fit correctly.

i COVER 36-Inch Waterproof Griddle Cover

The i COVER 36-Inch Waterproof Griddle Cover is sized for 36-inch griddles, making it much shorter than the 63-inch Pit Boss 4-Burner cover. It measures 64 by 22.5 by 35 inches. It uses 600D fabric density, which is a specific material weight indicator, and is rated waterproof. The Pit Boss cover uses polyester with a PVC backing for water resistance. The i COVER weighs 3.45 pounds, slightly lighter than the 3.88-pound Pit Boss cover. This option is better for standard 36-inch griddles where you need robust waterproofing and wind resistance rather than a precise brand-specific fit.

GuardKove 28-Inch Hooded Griddle Cover

The GuardKove 28-Inch Hooded Griddle Cover is tailored for 28-inch Blackstone griddles with a hood. Its dimensions are 61 by 27.5 by 33 inches, which is smaller than the 63 by 29 by 37-inch Pit Boss cover. It includes a hood feature, similar to the Blackstone premium option, offering protection for the control panel. The GuardKove cover is designed for a specific hood configuration. If you have a 28-inch Blackstone with a hood, this provides a secure fit with wind straps. It is not suitable for the larger Pit Boss 4-burner griddle due to the size difference.

Blackstone 36-Inch Griddle Cover

The Blackstone 36-Inch Griddle Cover is another option for 36-inch units, measuring 67 by 27 by 25 inches. This length is longer than the Pit Boss 4-Burner cover's 63 inches, but the width and height differ significantly. It weighs 5 pounds, heavier than the 3.88-pound Pit Boss cover. It features durable buckles for secure fastening against wind. The Pit Boss cover relies on a tailored drop fit without mentioned buckles. This cover is ideal for Blackstone 36-inch owners who prioritize brand-specific sizing and secure wind protection over the lighter, simpler design of the Pit Boss cover.
