ZJYWSCH Grill Covers at a Glance
ZJYWSCH offers covers for two distinct cooking appliances. The ZJYWSCH Ooni Koda 12 Waterproof Cover fits portable gas pizza ovens. It measures 24.5 by 15.5 inches and weighs 7.87 ounces. This black cover provides waterproof protection for outdoor oven owners. It secures your equipment against the elements. The ZJYWSCH Pit Boss Griddle Cover targets flat-top griddles. It fits the PB757GD model with a compact 9 by 9 inch footprint. This blue cover shields your griddle surface. Both items include the cover as the only accessory. You choose based on your specific appliance type. The pizza oven cover suits larger portable units. The griddle cover works for compact flat tops. Check your model number before purchasing.
Who ZJYWSCH Covers Suit
ZJYWSCH’s current range targets two specific outdoor cooking categories: pizza ovens and flat-top griddles. The lineup spans from a compact 9-inch square cover for the Pit Boss PB757GD to a larger 24.5-inch cover designed for the Ooni Koda 12. Both items are built for waterproof protection, with the oven cover featuring a snug fit for portable gas units. You will not find covers for pellet grills, charcoal smokers, or standard rectangular gas grills in this selection. The brand focuses exclusively on these two appliance types, offering model-specific sizing rather than universal options. If your gear does not match these exact dimensions or types, this range may not provide a secure fit.
How to choose the right grill cover
-
Match the appliance type
Your first step is to identify the specific appliance you need to protect. ZJYWSCH makes distinct covers for different cooking surfaces. The Ooni Koda 12 cover is designed for portable gas pizza ovens. The Pit Boss cover targets flat-top griddles. Ensure the compatible appliance field matches your gear. Using a cover on the wrong device can lead to poor fit or inadequate protection. Verify the category before you buy.
-
Check exact dimensions
Precision matters when selecting a cover. The Ooni Koda 12 cover measures 24.5 inches in length and 15.5 inches in width. The Pit Boss griddle cover is a compact 9 inches square. If your equipment dimensions vary, a standard cover may not fit securely. Measure your appliance carefully. Compare those numbers to the listed width, height, and length. A snug fit prevents wind from lifting the cover and keeps rain out effectively.
-
Verify model compatibility
Not all griddles are the same size. The ZJYWSCH Pit Boss cover is specifically sized for the PB757GD model. It may not fit other Pit Boss units. Similarly, the Ooni cover is tailored for the Koda 12. Check the model number of your equipment against the product specs. Compatibility ensures the cover stays in place. It also guarantees that the material drapes correctly over your specific appliance shape and size.
-
Consider weight and portability
If you move your equipment often, weight is a practical factor. The Ooni Koda 12 cover weighs just 7.87 ounces. This light weight makes it easy to carry and store. The Pit Boss cover is slightly larger but still manageable. For portable setups, lighter covers are easier to handle. Heavier covers might offer more durability but are harder to transport. Decide how often you need to remove and replace the cover based on your usage habits.
-
Confirm waterproof rating
Outdoor gear needs protection from rain and moisture. Both covers listed here are marked as waterproof. This specification means the material is designed to repel water rather than just resist it. Look for this rating to ensure your investment stays dry. Waterproof covers prevent rust and corrosion on metal surfaces. They also protect insulation and internal components from humidity. Always verify this spec if you live in a rainy climate.
