Good fit for

The water-resistant material is ideal for keeping your investment clean without frequent deep cleaning. You will appreciate the easy maintenance, as dust and bird droppings can be wiped away or hosed off. The neutral black color blends well with most patio decor.
Who should skip it

Ensure your appliance matches the compatible list before purchasing.
Verdict: This cover offers robust protection for compatible Blackstone griddles through its durable 600D polyester construction and secure buckle system. It is a practical choice for maintaining your appliance in outdoor environments.
Key specs explained for this cover
Material: Canvas, polyester
The cover combines heavy-duty canvas with polyester fabric for durable protection. This mix resists fading, cold cracking, and tearing under harsh weather. You get reliable shielding against sun, snow, and hail without the material wearing out quickly. It is a practical choice for keeping your griddle clean and dry during seasonal changes or long-term outdoor storage.
Dimensions: 27 x 67 x 25 inches
These specific measurements ensure a snug fit over your 36-inch griddle with the shelf attached. The 67-inch width and 25-inch height cover the main cooking surface and control panel area. A precise fit prevents wind from lifting the cover and keeps rain out. It is essential to verify these numbers match your appliance size before purchasing.
Fabric Density: 600D
The 600D polyester rating indicates a dense, thick weave that repels water effectively. This density helps keep your griddle dry during rainy weather throughout the year. It also adds to the overall durability against abrasion and dust. When shopping for outdoor covers, look for similar high-denier ratings to ensure you are getting substantial weather resistance for your investment.
Closure Type: Poly-resin buckles
Poly-resin buckles clip underneath the griddle base to secure the cover in place. This windproof design keeps the cover tight even during breezy conditions. The buckles also allow you to easily put on and remove the cover when you are ready to cook. This secure closure method is a practical feature for maintaining protection without needing extra straps or ties.

According to the listing, the cover is crafted from a blend of canvas and polyester. The fabric density is 600D, which provides substantial resistance against tearing. This double-layered construction is reinforced with stitching to prevent wear. The material is designed to resist fading and cold cracking. Closure is handled by poly-resin buckles. These clips secure underneath the griddle base to prevent wind from lifting the cover. You can easily put on or remove the cover using this system. Before you buy this cover
You should verify that your griddle matches the exact model before purchasing. The listing specifies compatibility with the Blackstone 36" Griddle with Shelf Attached and the Blackstone Tailgater. If you own a different size or brand, this cover will not fit securely. You must also consider your local climate. The 600D polyester and canvas blend offers water resistance, but it is not fully waterproof. In heavy rain, you may need additional sealing or a more robust shelter. Upkeep is simple. You can wipe away dust or bird droppings with a hose. This makes maintenance easy for most owners. When comparing this item to other options in Pizza Ovens, Griddles & Outdoor Cooking, note that it is an accessory, not a cooking appliance. It protects your investment but does not enhance cooking performance. Ensure you have the correct cover for your specific unit to avoid gaps that let in wind or debris. This step saves you from buying the wrong size.
