This firsgrill 40 pack grease cup liners review focuses on the practical specs of a simple accessory. The product consists of heavy-duty aluminum foil liners designed for portable gas griddles and smokers. Two key specifications define this set: the dimensions of each liner, measuring 5.2 inches in length, 4 inches in width, and 3.5 inches in height, and the total count of forty units per package. These liners fit into the grease cups of compatible appliances to catch drippings. The material is 100% recyclable aluminum, which allows for reuse before disposal. This approach helps keep your grill interior cleaner and simplifies the cleanup process after cooking sessions.
What stands out
- Dimensions of 5.2 x 4 x 3.5 inches fit specific grease cups
- Made from extra heavy duty 100% recyclable aluminum foil
- Pack of 40 liners for extended use
- Compatible with Pit Boss and Country Smokers portable griddles
Who it fits
Good fit for
You should consider these liners if you own a Pit Boss PB2BGD2, PB3BGD2, PB4BGD2, or 10762 gas griddle, or a Country Smokers CSGDL0370 Horizon Series portable unit. The 5.2 x 4 x 3.5 inch size matches the grease cup dimensions for these models. If you prefer a hands-off cleanup method, the aluminum construction allows you to simply lift the liner out and discard the grease. The 40-pack quantity offers enough supply for multiple cooking sessions without frequent repurchasing. This setup is ideal for users who want to maintain a cleaner griddle surface with minimal effort.
Who should skip it
You should look for another option if your appliance is a Pit Boss PB5BGD2, as the data explicitly states these liners do not fit the side grease cup on that model. The fixed dimensions of 5.2 x 4 x 3.5 inches may not suit grease cups with different shapes or sizes, such as those requiring the 5-inch height variation mentioned in the variations list. Additionally, if you require liners made from non-aluminum materials, this product does not offer that choice. Ensure your grease cup matches the specified length and width before purchasing to avoid fit issues.
Verdict: These aluminum liners offer a straightforward solution for managing grease in compatible portable griddles. The specific dimensions and material choice make them a practical choice for the listed models.
Key specs explained for Firsgrill liners
Dimensions: 5.2" x 4" x 3.5"
These measurements define the footprint and depth of each liner. You need to check if your griddle’s grease cup matches this volume. Pit Boss models like the PB2BGD2 and Country Smokers CSGDL0370 are listed as compatible. If your cup is smaller, the liner will not fit. If it is larger, grease may spill over the edges during cooking.
Material: 100% recyclable Extra Heavy Duty aluminum foil
The heavy-duty construction helps the liner hold its shape under hot grease. Standard foil might tear or leak. This material allows you to fold the used liner for disposal without mess. Being recyclable means you can dispose of them responsibly after use. This is a practical benefit for outdoor cooks who value easy cleanup.
Quantity: 40-Pack
This count determines how many cleaning cycles you get. You replace the liner after each griddle session to maintain hygiene. A 40-pack offers a longer supply than smaller options. This reduces the frequency of reordering. It is suitable for regular users who cook frequently and want a steady supply of liners on hand.
Weight: 14.4 ounces
This is the total weight of the entire 40-pack. It indicates the packaging density. The weight does not affect the cooking performance. It helps you estimate shipping costs if buying online. It also confirms the product is substantial enough to prevent damage during transit. Keep this in mind if you are ordering multiple packs.
Build materials and physical design
According to the listing, the liners are constructed from 100% recyclable extra heavy duty aluminum foil. This material choice suggests durability and heat resistance for catching hot grease. The listing encourages you to reuse the liners to reduce waste, which implies a sturdier build than thin disposable options. You can expect the material to hold its shape under typical griddle conditions.
The dimensions are listed as 5.2 inches in length, 4 inches in width, and 3.5 inches in height. This specific footprint is critical for compatibility. The product is designed for Pit Boss models such as the PB2BGD2, PB3BGD2, and PB4BGD2. It also fits Country Smokers CSGDL0370 Horizon Series portable grease cups. The listing notes it does not fit the PB5BGD2 side grease cup. You must verify your appliance’s cup size before purchasing to ensure a proper fit.
The weight of the 40-pack is listed as 14.4 ounces. This light weight makes the package easy to store in a portable gas griddle setup. The liners are intended for gas fuel types and portable form factors. This design suits outdoor cooking where easy cleanup is a priority. The aluminum construction allows for simple disposal or reuse after cooking. You can hide the liners inside the grease cup for a cleaner look.
Setup and daily maintenance routine
Setting up these liners requires matching the product dimensions to your appliance. Each liner measures 5.2 inches in length, 4 inches in width, and 3.5 inches in height. You must verify that your grease cup interior can accommodate this specific footprint and depth. The listing notes compatibility with Pit Boss models 10762, PB2BGD2, PB3BGD2, and PB4BGD2. It also fits the Country Smokers CSGDL0370 Horizon Series. You should avoid using them in the side grease cup of the PB5BGD2 model, as the data specifies they do not fit there. The liners are designed for portable gas griddles and smokers. Daily use involves placing a liner into the grease cup before cooking. The heavy-duty aluminum foil construction is intended to catch hot grease and food debris. This setup allows for easy disposal. You can remove the used liner and discard it, keeping the underlying cup clean. The listing encourages reusing the liners to reduce waste. This practice aligns with the material being 100% recyclable aluminum. The total package contains 40 liners, providing a steady supply for regular maintenance. You do not need any tools or complex assembly. Simply insert the foil cup into the designated slot on your griddle. This simple process helps maintain a cleaner cooking environment. The material’s durability suggests it can handle the heat and weight of collected grease without tearing easily. This makes the cleanup process straightforward and efficient for your outdoor cooking routine.
Before You Buy These Liners
You need to verify compatibility before purchasing. The listing notes these liners fit Pit Boss models PB2BGD2, PB3BGD2, and PB4BGD2, as well as Country Smokers CSGDL0370. It explicitly states they do not fit the side grease cup on the PB5BGD2. You must measure your existing grease cup interior to ensure the 5.2 by 4 by 3.5 inch dimensions fit correctly. These liners are designed for portable gas griddles and smokers, so they suit outdoor cooking setups that use disposable or semi-disposable grease management. You should plan to replace them regularly, as aluminum foil degrades with heat and grease exposure. While you can reuse them to reduce waste, frequent cleaning may be necessary. This accessory complements your griddle but does not replace the appliance itself. Keep this in mind when comparing it to other griddle accessories in the 1 options available.
