OZG 22-Inch Silicone Griddle Mat Alternatives: 6 Similar Picks Compared

You might be looking for ozg 22 inch silicone griddle mat alternatives if the current options do not match your specific needs. The OZG mat provides a tight fit for 22-inch Blackstone griddles with a height of 0.99 inches and a weight of 1.23 pounds. Its food-grade silicone construction offers rust prevention and easy cleaning. However, you may need a different size, such as 28 inches, or a complete tool kit instead of just a cover. Some users prefer stainless steel accessories for camping or a dedicated gas griddle for higher heat output.
We selected these 6 picks because their specifications overlap with the original product in key areas. The list includes other silicone covers for larger surfaces, comprehensive accessory kits for tool organization, and standalone gas griddles for those ready to upgrade their cooking setup. Each item addresses a specific requirement that the OZG mat does not cover, whether it is a larger footprint, additional tools, or permanent outdoor installation. Review the specs to find the right fit for your griddle and cooking style.
Our top pick: OZG 22-Inch Silicone Griddle Mat.
How each alternative compares
Grilliance 27-Piece Griddle Accessories Kit
The Grilliance kit shifts focus from surface protection to tool utility. It weighs 6.28 pounds and measures 14.8 by 12 by 3.54 inches, making it significantly heavier than the 1.23-pound OZG mat. Instead of shielding your griddle, it provides a 27-piece set for cooking. You get a cover included, but the primary value lies in the hardware. This option suits users who already have a mat or prefer bare-surface cooking. It is best for those who want versatile tools rather than a simple cover to prevent rust and debris.
EWFEN 35-Piece Stainless Steel Griddle Kit
The EWFEN kit targets campers with a 35-piece stainless steel set. It measures 13 by 10 by 3 inches and weighs more than the OZG mat due to the metal content. Like the Grilliance option, it includes a cover but prioritizes portable cooking tools. The black finish and specific model xike-0066US indicate a rugged design for outdoor use. You trade the thin, flexible silicone protection of the OZG mat for durable, organized utensils. This pick is ideal for campers who need a complete kit for flat-top cooking on the go, rather than just a static cover for a home griddle.
NancyL 28-Inch Silicone Griddle Mat
The NancyL mat is designed for 28-inch griddles, not 22-inch ones. It measures 28 by 19 by 2 inches and weighs 2.25 pounds, making it larger and heavier than the OZG option. The orange color and 2-inch height provide high-walled coverage to keep out moisture and debris. You get similar rust protection and food-grade silicone material, but the fit is different. This alternative is for owners of larger Blackstone or Omnivore griddles who need a budget-friendly cover. It offers solid protection but does not fit the 22-inch surface of the original product.
PLOSIF 28-Inch Silicone Griddle Mat
The PLOSIF mat also fits 28-inch griddles, differing from the 22-inch OZG mat. It measures 28 by 18 by 0.8 inches and weighs less than the NancyL option. The 0.8-inch height is slightly lower than the OZG mat's 0.99 inches, offering a flatter profile. The orange color matches the NancyL, but the dimensions are distinct. You get robust weather protection with high walls, similar to the OZG design. This pick is for users with 28-inch griddles who want easy maintenance and a snug fit. It provides comparable silicone durability but is not compatible with 22-inch surfaces.
Royal Gourmet 4-Burner Gas Griddle with Hard Cover
The Royal Gourmet GB4000P is a complete 4-burner gas griddle, not a mat. It weighs 126 pounds and measures 63.9 by 28.1 by 37.7 inches, dwarfing the small OZG mat. It includes a hard cover and runs on gas or propane. You get a dedicated cooking appliance with substantial heat output, rather than a protective sheet for an existing grill. This alternative is for buyers who need a standalone outdoor griddle unit. It serves those who want serious cooking capacity and do not need a simple accessory for their current Blackstone setup.
Pit Boss 4-Burner Portable Lift-Off Propane Griddle
The Pit Boss 10782 is a portable 4-burner griddle with a ceramic material build. It measures 63 by 29 by 37 inches and weighs significantly more than the OZG mat. It includes a hard cover and uses propane for fuel. You get a high-heat cooking surface with large capacity, ideal for outdoor cooking. This option replaces the need for a mat if you are investing in a new unit. It is best for users who prioritize cooking power and portability over simple surface protection. It is a substantial appliance alternative rather than a direct accessory replacement.
