Looking Beyond the PYJCFHXGN Grill Cover PK Grills? 6 Alternatives Worth a Look

How each alternative compares

iCOVER 29-Inch Round Grill and Smoker Cover

The iCOVER 29-Inch Round Grill and Smoker Cover differs significantly in shape and size. It measures 29 by 29 by 38 inches, designed for standard 22-inch round kettle grills. This contrasts with the PYJCFHXGN cover, which is a precise fit for the rectangular PK Grills PK300. The iCOVER offers waterproof protection and a black color, similar to many heavy-duty covers. However, it lacks the specific drawstring and strap system found on the PYJCFHXGN model. You should choose this if you own a round kettle grill or vertical smoker. It provides solid weather shielding for that specific shape. It is not suitable for the PK300 charcoal grill. The fabric density is not specified, but it is marketed as a budget-friendly option for basic outdoor storage needs.

SunPatio 70-Inch Waterproof Grill Cover

The SunPatio 70-Inch Waterproof Grill Cover is built for much larger appliances. It measures 70 by 24 by 44 inches, making it suitable for wide gas grills. The PYJCFHXGN cover is smaller and tailored for the PK300 charcoal grill. SunPatio uses a 4.5-pound heavy-duty fabric with waterproof properties. This offers robust protection against rain and sun for bigger equipment. The PYJCFHXGN cover weighs 2.2 pounds and relies on reflective handles for easy removal. SunPatio does not mention reflective handles or a drawstring closure in its specs. It focuses on a secure, waterproof barrier for large surface areas. You should pick this if you have a wide gas grill. It is too large for the PK300 and lacks the specific fit features of the original cover.

QuliMetal Searwood XL 600 Pellet Grill Cover

The QuliMetal Searwood XL 600 Pellet Grill Cover is designed for a specific pellet grill. It fits the Weber Searwood XL 600, which uses wood pellets. The PYJCFHXGN cover is made for charcoal grills, specifically the PK300. QuliMetal uses 600D fabric density, which indicates a tighter, more durable weave than typical standard covers. It offers waterproof protection and secure wind fastening. The PYJCFHXGN cover uses a drawstring and straps but does not specify fabric density. The QuliMetal cover is black and model-specific. It is not a universal fit. You should choose this only if you own the Weber Searwood XL 600. It provides targeted protection for that appliance. It lacks the reflective handles and charcoal-specific design of the PYJCFHXGN model.

M Comnova 46-Inch 600D Barrel Grill Cover

The M Comnova 46-Inch 600D Barrel Grill Cover is shaped for barrel grills. It measures 46 by 23 by 48.5 inches. This fits Char-Griller barrel grills without side fireboxes. The PYJCFHXGN cover is for the PK300, a different shape entirely. M Comnova uses 600D fabric density and adjustable straps for a secure fit. This heavy-duty fabric offers strong weather protection. The PYJCFHXGN cover weighs 2.2 pounds and uses reflective handles. M Comnova does not mention reflective handles in its specifications. It is a specialized cover for barrel-style equipment. You should pick this if you own a compatible Char-Griller barrel grill. It is not suitable for the PK300. The 600D fabric may offer better durability than the unspecified material in the PYJCFHXGN cover.

Guisong 32-Inch Oxford Grill Cover

The Guisong 32-Inch Oxford Grill Cover is designed for Char-Griller E1515 and DNKMOR griddles. It measures 32.6 by 23.6 by 40 inches. This is a multi-fuel cover suitable for griddles and charcoal setups. The PYJCFHXGN cover is strictly for the PK300 charcoal grill. Guisong offers a sturdy, vented shield with secure strap closures. The PYJCFHXGN cover uses a drawstring and fastening straps. Guisong does not specify fabric density or waterproof ratings in the provided data. It is black and model-specific. You should choose this if you own a compatible Char-Griller E1515 or DNKMOR griddle. It is not a fit for the PK300. The vented design may help with moisture management, differing from the sealed protection of the PYJCFHXGN cover.

ZBXFCSH 77-Inch Napoleon PRO 665 Grill Cover

The ZBXFCSH 77-Inch Napoleon PRO 665 Grill Cover is for a large gas grill. It measures 77 by 51 by 26 inches. This fits the Napoleon 61665 PRO 665 Grill. The PYJCFHXGN cover is smaller and designed for the PK300 charcoal grill. ZBXFCSH uses 600D fabric density and waterproof materials. It features sealed seams for wind resistance. The PYJCFHXGN cover weighs 2.2 pounds and includes reflective handles. ZBXFCSH does not mention reflective handles or a drawstring. It is a precise fit for the Napoleon model. You should pick this only if you own the Napoleon PRO 665. It is too large for the PK300. The 600D fabric and sealed seams offer robust protection, but it lacks the specific charcoal grill design of the original cover.
